By downloading, installing, or using BabyCare ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. Pulans ("we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transfer your license to any third party
• Use the App in a way that could impair its functionality or security

User Responsibilities

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. While we strive to maintain accurate data, the App should not be relied upon as a sole source of medical or health-related decision-making.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

Medical Disclaimer

BabyCare is a tracking and organizational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns regarding your child's health, development, or well-being. You should not disregard or delay seeking medical advice based on information you enter into the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our interests. Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ceases, and we may delete your account and associated data.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts.
